I was unhappy with the grooming my dogs received, and will not be returning. I found another groomer that was better suited to my dogs' needs...and mine, as well. Not every business is a match for every customer. After reading the business owner's criticism of my experiences and obviously trying to sell himself and his business as victims in this forum, why would I go back? His response to my review contains several inaccuracies and untruths, which were all said in an effort to discredit me because I posted a one-star review about his business. Not the kind of person I would have wanted to continue doing business with, even if the grooming had been satisfactory. I refuse to do business with people who have victim mentalities, and have the right to post a review on Yelp! without being harassed about it. One last thing: When I said "In your defense...", I meant that mostly everyone is dishonest about being able to groom Westies properly...in short, the owner admitted to being dishonest here. I didn't make the statement for the purpose of giving these people an excuse for having done a terrible job.
