Since I noticed that Gareth posted the first part of our email dialogue, I thought I'd post the second half. It contains my response and reasons why I wouldn't retract my previous review:
1. I never got the original ram upgrade or heard from your company regarding it.
2. I lost two weeks worth of work.
3. My computer runs slower (the latency time for audio signals "round trip" is 10ms longer than before).
4. At one point when I questioned the shipping delay and the authenticity regarding replacement parts, Tony got angry and told me that if I didn't like it, "you can take your computer back and sue me."
Although my initial experience with your company was positive, my most recent one was horrible, so I won't be changing my review.
I lost time, I lost money, and had to take BS from Tony, who could use a "Customer Service 101" refresher.
I plan to take my computer to Apple to have the ram upgrade installed and a diagnostic performed to correct the audio latency.
