| - With a coupon on my purchase receipt from a nearby Fry's store (1815 W Glendale Ave) promising a total of 7 or 8 dollars, came to this place in good faith on March 23, only to be told by this middle aged lady that the owners of the business under the name of Paradise Car Spa recently moved out to another location, while this was under new ownership for three weeks, and therefore would not honor the coupon, and charged me $13. When I asked if that is the case, then how come they didn't change the name on the sign thing outside, as the coupon showed both the name and the address, I was told that they are working on it. Well, that was over four months ago, and that Paradise Car Spa sign is STILL OUT THERE. And guess what else? I just bought something at this same Fry's, and on my purchase receipt, this same exact ad still appears as of the beginning of August! Now tell me folks, if it really is the old business who relocated to another place, why couldn't the new address be printed on it already? Apparently, it is the business at this location at 6001 N 19th Ave that is behind this coupon to advertise their business, but not to honor the coupon. Look, I was very busy with personal stuff at the time, and I didn't have the time to argue about a few dollars difference; but now that I am at this, I will be reporting this fradulent business to the BBB right away.
