  • Thank God I am not a customer here. Unfortunately, I have to deposit my home rent check here for the owner. What an absolute joke! Every time I roll in here, no matter the day, it is easily a 8-12 person line with 1 or 2 tellers. Easily a 20-30 minute wait if not more. It's obvious that BoA certainly does not care about their clients or their clients value in terms of time. Conversely, at my bank (another major bank) IF I have a wait, its maybe 1 or 2 people. Hire more tellers BoA! Try to care about your clients!
