  • So i never ever go into MAC stores because the customer service is usually horrible. Literally from state to state same crappy service and piss poor attitudes lol. I visited this Town Square location with my mom today since the Star Trek collection is out and shes a trekie and a total newbie when it comes to MAC, but wanted to see the items in person before ordering online. Upon entering this cozy little location i was warmly greeted, the music wasnt blaring and it wasn't overly packed full of teeny boppers or pretentious grown women with a lack of respect for others. Obie,Sam and "other"(we jokingly agreed on this to protect his identity lol) were funny, personable, non pushy and very knowledgeable they all possess the patience of an angel. My mom swatched, chatted, laughed and was able to make a final decision on what to order online without feeling inferior, rushed or weird.WE LEFT FEELING CONFIDENT!! All and all i will only come to this location if for nothing but just the customer service alone. Kudos to management,Thank You!! you guys got it right(other locations should definitely take notes)
