  • Extremely happy with the selection and service! I had made an appointment for around the time Catan's opened and was helped right away by my consultant Kelly. She asked me to describe what I was looking for in the dress, price and anything else specific. As I was just in town visiting, I needed a dress off the rack to be fitted so I could take it back with me. Kelly respected the budget (quite low I must admit so she did say it might be tough but did wonderful with what I gave her!) and found quite a few options for me! I really liked 2 dresses but went with the 3rd one I tried on after trying it on a second time. We consulted the head seamstress and she told us what alterations would look like and cost. Next, we were whisked away to alterations, where Valentina (a wonderful and friend woman straight from Ukraine) helped us! She looked over the dress and told us what she needed to do to make the changes and was great in explaining it all. I went once again to try it on after she pinned it all up and she made some slight adjustments then went back again for the final fitting--it fits like a glove!!! Those women in alterations do a FANTASTIC job of making your dress fit you! All of this happened within 1.5 weeks and was ready for me to take on the plane for my wedding!! I highly recommend visiting Catan's for wedding gowns or prom dresses--they offer a wonderful selection with impeccable service! Thank you!!!
