| - This is my third time at the spa.
Every time I go it`s a different person.
The second time, I enjoyed my experience, from
the hammam to the massage which was okay but not amazing and the express facial done by an australian girl who was the best but no longer works there. So, I went there last week,
What can I say- massage was not the best and the express facial that I got at the end, truly ruined the whole relaxation for me. All the previous times I had a choice of a face massage or extractions. But this time, she said its just a massage. Its called express facial but that does not mean that you got to throw all the products on my face and rub roughly. So basically, she starts by cleaning my face, then does something she calls ``exfoliation``which is putting some product and then placing a towel on my face. Then she waits- and while you wait with her and your eyes are closed, you can hear her pressing the home button on her iphone, I mean...get out of the room at least- don`t sit there browisng through your phone while im trying to relax here. Then comes the mask and she leaves for 10 mins and then she comes back for a facial ``Massage``. I don't know what that was but I literally was about to just tell her to stop so I can leave, all she does is tap on my face with her cold fingers. At the end of the facial she tells me I have dry skin and alot of breakouts. I have combination skin, and I do NOT have a single breakout on my face LOL, also asks me what product I use: I answer`` Clinique`` Shes like well thats what drugstore products do. Clinique, drugstore?? Then I come out of the room and she places all the products she's trying to sell me, and starts blabing about them and I just cut the conversation short. I mean its one thing to try to sell me products and pretend that I have skin problems but to tell me she's been using them for past 5 years and its the first time I see her working there is something else.
Anyway, since I refered my friend that was booked a few days ago and she also did not like her experience, I felt the obligation to leave this review.
