I was just at your store and left with a horrible pit in my stomach. Your employees refused service to a man because he spoke Spanish. He had the part that he needed in his hand and your employees still refused to help him. I've worked retail before and have had to deal with a language barrier many times. Sometimes it's not always possible to communicate every need, but it's always worth trying. The man's money is just as good as my money, and all he was trying to do was fix his car. Please tell your employees to be more kind to people that may look or speak differently than them.
