  • Have a warranty on the heat pump unit and had a maintenance agreement. They stil wanted over $1200. to clean the coils and replace the blower motor contactor. Just gave me a song and dance why nothing was covered. I let them put in the probably $40. part for $350. Horrible experience. I hate to even give them 1 star. They are worth none at all. Do business with them at your own risk. Pathetic customer service. Update: Had another service tech out. He said both sets of coils do not need cleaning. Everything okay
