Very poor customer service. Sears tech came out Monday to fix a broken ice maker in unit purchased from Sears. The new ice maker did not work & we called Sears Home Services Tuesday morning so they could return and fix the problem. I spoke with 3 reps & a supervisor. The earliest they said they could return to fix the problem was Friday. The worst was Shea, the supposed supervisor. She cut me off & basically told me to take the appointment in 4 days or leave it. I have never had such poor customer service from Sears. I'll be buying my future appliances from Best Buy (they will price-match Sears and any service has got to better than this).
