rev:text	Whenever I have poultry needs, I stop by Kaufmann's at the Westside Market. I especially love the chicken sausage. I think my favorite purchase was cheddar chicken brats. I made them into a brat cheddar potato soup. The people behind the counter are always friendly and answer any questions you have. For example, when I bought the brats, I found out it was the first time they made them. I like it when I feel comfortable chatting.
