  • We had a great lunch at the Bistro Buffet yesterday. Since the Palms is now a Station Casino, we weren't sure they would accept our Las Vegas Advisor 50% coupon, but they were so nice about it. The staff was super friendly and really accommodating. The food is different from when it was the Palms, but I would say it's better. Though the Palms had some unique dishes, some of them weren't all that tasty or a little weird. The buffet now is more along the lines of a Green Valley Ranch-- much more normal. They had a huge salad bar, and the desserts were yummy. Everything we had was really good. I especially enjoyed the Asian food section. We will definitely be going back again soon.
