  • Lena is amazing!!! Let me say that I try to have massages as often as I can and Lena is really the best I've ever had. I have had soreness and pain in my left shoulder for over 15 years and instead of just massaging in the sore spot (which is what everyone else has done) she really took time to understand the root cause. She understands how all the muscles are connected throughout the body and how under-utilization in one area can cause problems in another. It's not a magic pill, but after this one massage my shoulder felt better than it had since the original injury. She is a true expert and this is not an ordinary massage but a true therapeutic experience. If you are looking to improve whatever ache or pain you have, then this is THE place to go. Worth every single penny and then some. Cannot say enough good things.
