What a disappointment. Tried to call to see if you had a Roku stick. I was on my way to your store to buy 4 TV'S and wanted to make sure you had the Roku in case I needed to stop somewhere else.
I made five calls to your store. Once a girl went to check. She never came back.
Call 2- tranfered to electronics. Waited 11 minutes. No one answered.
3 and 4th calls are the same. No answer.
5th call I speak to General Manager. He tells me he is looking for my item.
12 minutes later I don't get a response. So I am now at Walmart and getting my four tvs and Roku loaded in the car.
No one at your store ever assisted me. No one apologized. No one called me back.
Obviously your company is doing so well that you can refuse sales. So my business will be going elsewhere from now on.
How sad that a whole store full of staff has no clue how to assist someone.
You made it very clear that my business is unneeded and not important.
Now I just spent $1800+ at your competitor because you insisted on it and gave me no option.
Very sad experience, indeed.
