| - This is a great microbrewery that is a little ways off the beaten path in Battery Park. They are a smaller brewery, that brews a lot of small batches, making for an ever changing variety of options whenever you go.
A negative here is that they do not sell food, however this may be a positive to some, as both the indoor and outdoor areas are dog friendly. The outdoor area has a lot of picnic tables and is positioned to get the afternoon shade from the building.
I have had a lot of samplers here as there always seems to be a lot of new options. My favorite beer from here was the Watch Party, a pale American wheat ale, which I am hoping to see return this summer. I have yet to have a poor brew from here.
The brewery's location is also near one of the walkways which crosses under the shoreway, to lead over to Edgewater, which is always a great option on a summer day.
All in all, even though it is a bit out of the way, this a brewery we regularly like to visit, with their high quality, variable, selection of craft brews.
