  • One of the things I became aware of after so many bowls of "Pho," is that I much prefer the robust flavorful broths. The broth here was delicate and almost fragrant, but not as robust as I might like. It also didn't have as much meat as I would prefer. It is easy to see why it is a favorite (Restaurant was packed at Noon on a Wednesday) as it is just a nice "bowl of love," at an amazing price ($4.50) but was not nearly as memorable as my Phavorite Pho Places and not what I am looking for in Phlavorful Pho. Spring Rolls (Shrimp this time recommended by waiter) were excellent.
