  • After a quick Yelp search me and my girlfriend decided on Alo for breakfast and it certainly did not disappoint. Tucked behind Cornish pasty in a small house with a patio, Alo provides great food and service. Our waitress was attentive and easy going, making for a relaxing morning meal. I ordered the French Toast with a fruit compote and I'm not sure if I'd ever order anything else because it was so delicious. After a couple bites this became one of my favorite breakfast meals I have enjoyed. My girlfriend ordered an omelet with bacon and avocado and that was also quite tasty. I highly recommend choosing this over the nearby Breakfast Club or other more known restaurants in Old Town.
