  • I officially hate this place. First and last time staying here. Bedding smells like chlorine, parking structure is a cluster-f**k, elevators are broken/slow, escalators out of order everywhere, VIP line is longer than regular line?!, valet is closed half the time, just overall nonsense. Only reason why we stayed here was becasuse of the Michael Buble concert... otherwise I would have to get crazy on this POS hotel!!
