  • The owner may be excellent at what he does, but his customer service skills are horrendous! I went in to purchase a vacuum cleaner belt, no big deal. But when I took the belt home, my husband could not get it on despite his best efforts. I went back to the shop, thinking he may have given me the wrong one. He actually yelled at me for bothering him about such a trivial thing and said I could bring the vacuum in and he would show me how it's done...."BUT I WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT!" He takes it to the next level! :-(
