  • Horrible experience renting from them especially after they changed over to BH Management. They don't keep their word when you complain about noisy neighbors. Their policy to file the complaint with their security office and after so many complaints if nothing changes they are to be evicted. Well it's been over four months of constant noise as early as 2am and 5am at least four days a week and I have filed more than 20 complaints and called the police twice. Nothing has been done. But when I took it upon myself to move out due to constantly being sick not having much sleep...they were quick to follow their policy to charge me TWICE the rent as well as forcing me to stay for 60 days before I could leave (having to give 60 days notice) These people only care about running a business...not the tenants.
