Despite their planned "grand renovation", the service here stinks. I have been coming to MGM regularly for the last 9 years and this last visit will be my last as they have worsened each time.
With new properties abound, MGM is an artifact resting on its branding from decades ago. A facelift isn't going to fix it. New approaches to treating guests are desperately needed. I had to switch rooms due to water being cut off for 8-hour periods(!), the generic cafe-restaurant closes at 11PM (we are in Vegas, people--24 hours is a must), and being transferred by phone 3 times to answer a simple question about "MLife" is simply not acceptable. Why bother with their loyalty progam? I won't be back.
