  • Terrible customer service. Have received a few of my amazon orders and I wish someone you could pay extra NOT to use this shipping company. On three occasions my next day delivery turned into two day delivery. They claim to drop the package or attempt delivery. We have a 24 hour concierge that accepts packages and I trust their word when they say that leadership hasn't been by. Luckily amazon is very helpful with fixing leaderships mistakes. I would never use this company by choice.
