  • I went to this hospital after going to VCA for years. I felt VCA was high in price but I learned it wasn't and it was worth every penny to not deal with Boca Park. I went in for my first visit with three dogs. I was a bit overwhelmed and forgot to ask the doctor to check something. I spent $56 on the exam per dog and when I called to see if Dr. Anderson would check the thing I forgot to ask about I was told I would be charged another $39. Not very accommodating considering I was a new client with 3 dogs and spent over $500. On top of it I waited over a week for a call back and wanted to bring my dogs in for their influenza booster at the same time as the exam I asked for and the time passed waiting for my call and the dogs need a NEW round. Yes, they wanted to charge me $28 per dog for that too even though they never returned my call knowing I was waiting to schedule that based on the other exam. The icing on the cake was Dr. Anderson suggesting I put my dog down who is 9 years old because I she is having aggression issues. Barely spend more than 2 second on training options. Not a compassionate doctor. My entire experience was a waste of money and full of frustration. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. I suggest everyone go to VCA Hualapai where they are helpful, compassionate and (as I found out) worth the money (which is less than here). I learned my lesson......
