Living in my bubble of zero motivation at all, meeting with Jessica twice a week really ramped up my "let's go!" spirit again. She has zero patience for self-shaming, which is exactly what I needed in my delicate state of tip-toeing into fitness. Every meet-up led to a new exercise plan, tweaking to fit my body's needs and drawbacks each time. Receiving a work-out plan allowed me work out on my own with ease when I didn't quite remember where we'd left off last.
Whether in my condo gym, or her home studio, Jess found unique ways to making the incorporation of exercise into my life easier. :)
