  • I lived at the the Equestrian for 2 years 2/2013 to 2/2015 in a 1 bd/1ba and would have stayed longer, but needed to move closer to work. The apartments were great, the location wonderful, and the staff was wonderful. I had a non remodeled apartment which was totally fine with me and never had any problems, one issue with garbage disposal was promptly handled by the wonderful maintenance crew. The price for these apartments can't be beat for the location. It was quiet and my neighbors were great. Wish they would install a light at the dog park...but oh yeah they have a dog park! Which is awesome. Only downside lack of storage space, and over watering of the grass.
