  • Terrible experience with this company! Our credit rating is in the upper 700's, we have no debt, and are employed.....Turned over paperwork after paperwork, after paperwork only to be told time and again we would have an answer on our approval.....took over one month!!!! By the time we were approved, we were so tired of dealing with these people we decided we're not going to give our money to a company as horrible as Guaranteed Rate! Christopher Holmes doesn't know what he's doing and caused delays over and over in the process for us. DO NOT give this company the time of day! Sharon C
