My husband and I checked in and there was four other people ahead of us there was 3 customers getting their hair colored and one getting a haircut. There were 4 stylist working and we were told about half an hour wait. we waited about 45 minutes and there were still two ahead of us some children of one of the ladies that was getting her hair dyed walked in went to check in and the stylist who is working on the mom who is getting her hair dyed said don't check in I'll take you when I finish your mom. Now I would understand if she had checked in but we've already been waiting over an hour and we still are two people ahead of us and they thought it was OK to take someone in front of all four of us just plain rude not a way to do business and one of your stylus that was working proceeded to use the term that begins with an R meaning a mental issue and she thought it was funny. Your workers were just very bad customer service people and very very poor etiquette
