Guschlbauer offers buns that I think are quite similar in texture to Asian buns at T&T, so it's not necessarily anything new.
However, it's quite a delicious snack or dessert - the bread is a perfect amount of softness and the filling is not overly sweet or heavy.
The signature bun is great, but the sweet potato (which has chunks of sweet potato in the filling) is even better.
At a price of 6 to 7 dollars, it's not exactly cheap compared to Chinatown bakeries - but it's worth having once in a while.
There is no seating in the shop so it's fully takeaway!
