  • This was my first experience with a house-cleaning service and it was wonderful. My appointment was originally scheduled for 3pm, but I received a call the morning of my appointment asking if they could come early, this happened to work out for me so this was a positive in my eyes. The crew that arrived was a three person crew with one training the other two. They got right to work and occasionally I could hear the woman training, making comments about how to do certain things... she clearly knows what she's doing and does a good job. It took longer than expected, but I attribute that to training. All three cleaners did an excellent job! I wish I could remember the name of the lead cleaner... she was thorough, she communicated clearly and she made sure I was happy with the service before they left. The communication from quote to appointment to cleaning day was prompt, clear and professional. The cleaning service itself met my (high) expectations. I plan to use Wave House Cleaning for monthly maintenance and will definitely do the deep clean service again before having company or other special occassions.
