  • Referred my sister to this salon given the rating/reviews. She needed her hair done for a wedding. 9 am appointment, told the beginner stylist she had to be out 9:45 for the 11 am service and they reassured 45 mins was plenty of time. At 9:30, she volunteered a time check as more than half her was still left. Was reassured she'd be done in 15 mins. At 9:35, asked again and the stylist brought another colleague who was only able to do three sections before her own client came. Once finished, the admin processing payment expected a tip. The hair style she asked for wasn't what she got. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism here especially considering my sister forewarned them about the time restriction. Will not be coming here or recommending again.
