I was hopeful.
I had the prima chicken and bf had the cranberry turkey. I wanted hummus as a side but they were out (?!). We came in about 2-3 hours before closing.
I could not discern any flavors on my prima chicken sandwich. The pictures looked amazing but I just mostly tasted bread. I asked bf if he liked his turkey cranberry and he said it was alright (not a guy with a lot of words). I then asked if it was better or worse than Paradise Bakery's version and he said he liked Paradise's better.
I don't know if we would come back. The place itself has wifi and sufficient seating but the plaza it is in is pretty empty and downtrodden. I am hoping the food was off that day because they have great reviews. So, assuming an off day, I have three stars instead the two stars I would have given instead. The whole experience made me wish we went to D'lish instead.
I agree that there doesn't seem to be any or a lot of cooking going on. Seems like prepared chicken and a panini press.
