  • Recall was handled in the predicted timeframe. Comfortable service area was not used this trip as the "recall" service took all day. Additional estimates for repairs were provided by phone so I could authorize the ones I wanted. One part for my 2010 van was no longer made which is surprising in this day of 3D printers. (A plastic console door! They offered the alternative of replacing the entire console $1100) As part of the service, they washed the exterior.
