I legit don't know what everyone else's problem is. The staff are standard retail (be nice to them and they'll be nice to you) and the selection is awesome. You need to hunt a bit for a true bargain, but that's standard for consignment stores. I'm in the process of deciding whether to get a $500 Cole Haan leather jacket or several.925 sterling rings right now for under $100, so there are definitely bargains to be had. The feedback about it being crowded and a little gauche is spot on, but it feels like shopping my glam aunt's attic, which is charming and completely unlike shopping a thrift store or Nordstrom Rack, and that's a good thing.
