  • Antoinette the office manager has a horrible attitude and I did not appreciate her rude tone of voice. I went for an exam that was scheduled at 9 am and I had an extremely long wait time. I ended up leaving at 12. The staff couldn't figure out how to get the X-ray to work. It seemed like there was only one hygienist who was so rushed she only spent 20 minutes cleaning my teeth. Meanwhile, the office staff are like car salesmen who bother you while you're in the dentist chair with billing information and pressure you into signing up for a credit card. If that's not enough, the office is FILTHY. The floors, the surfaces, disgusting.. don't go here. Update: I went to a private practice (Dr. Spelman at Willow Springs Dental) for a second opinion. I was given a full exam and cleaning. First, this absolute fraud dental place said I needed 3 caps and 3 fillings. Dr. Spelman said i only need fillings and the caps would cause more damage to my teeth since I'm only 23 and I would be looking at more work in the future. Absolute dental wanted thousands of dollars and this private practice cost me a fraction. BEWARE.
