Booked a flight from Chicago to Montreal. Service was eh. A bit slow.
I accidentally left my iPad on the plane. Filed a report, received a call stating they had found it but when I followed up it was suddenly missing again.
Upon landing the staff lost my stroller and had to search for it. After about 30 minutes they did find it but the entire time they were incredibly rude and made me to feel like a burden to them.
I'm a burden yet they lost my stroller and forced me to sit in the airport with my one year for an extra 30 minutes.
