  • UPDATE 12/3/2017- I was a fat(ter) ass back then. Probably 300-310lbs so maybe it was just my fata$$ that broke the bed within a day. Lol so maybe they deserve 3 stars??? I gave them 2 stars ONLY because the guy i dealt with was very nice and helpful and I'm sure he had nothing to do with the reason I'm pissed... So ive been busy and just been putting this review off for far too long.So we had bought a mattress and paid somewhere around 600 or 700 ish? Years back....when we went to go get the bed fixed under warranty they didn't have us in the system....we didn't know why? we got the warranty. Turns out the shady employee they had was taking people's cash and not putting it in the system. So the guy was very cool and still took our bed even with the way it was and how long it had been. Was told they were going to replace all the springs and also the cover. There was a new cover but not even a day after getting it, it was already making noises and was sinking almost instantly. ..pretty pissed....they are very kind though so I'd recommend them, just make sure u get a reciept and keep it safe....
