As an owner of a rental, if you like to receive your rental income IN ARREARS, then go ahead and use this company! (Normal protocol is receiving rents in the first 15 days of the month the rent is paid). If you like to get charged bogus fees that aren't included in your agreement, then go ahead and use this company! If you don't mind your tenant not getting repair responses in a timely manner, for example termite issues, then go ahead and use this company! But if you are like me and not happy with a property management company that does not perform its due diligence and does not follow its contractual obligations, you'll follow my advice and stay far away from this company and take your business elsewhere like I did. If I could give zero stars here I would. Paielli Realty still owes me back their bogus coordination fees and to my knowledge has yet to fulfill their obligation to address my tenant's termite issue and I have since turned my case over to my attorney.
