I called to schedule a wax app 11/10 and I purchased a Groupon. About five months ago from my husband . When I made the appointment I was not informed that I could not use the Groupon for my appointment I drove 45 minutes to arrive at SOS to be told from Maria that I would have to pay even though I have a Groupon the receptionist that made my appointment should have informed me of this so I wasted 45 minutes and $27 tonight get any service or get compensated for my time and for the receptionist not giving out the proper information. I am clearly upset I wasted my time and money when I could've been informed of this yesterday and made other plans. I then asked Maria for a manager she informed me there is no manager only owners and that they were out of town, I asked her for some sort of contact and she gave me the wrong email I had to go back inside and get the correct one
That was some of the worst service
