  • I'm in total shock. We went over what I wanted for 10 minutes and you clearly stated you knew exactly what I wanted. We even looked at dozens of photos. You yes'ed me the entire time. I should have went with my gut because I sensed you weren't listening to and/or understanding me. You were done in 10 min after you used the blade and shredded my hair way above my shoulders when I repeated many times I want it no shorter than shoulder length when it's dry and bounces up to that length, hence keep it longer than shoulder in order to get that desire length. I'm so disgusted my hairs are shaking. And you acted like it was the best piece of work you ever did. It's the WORST hair cut in my life!!!! I'm horrified and that's not even an understatement. And I still paid for the cut. You should pay me for the emotional damage. God good. I won't out you but you know who you are. For all those women that ever got a bad hair cut you know the feeling, you just want to crawl in a ball and cry then hide from the rest of world. Hair stylist are here for people to help them feel more confident, attractive not NOT take one thing such as sacred as their hair and mutilate it. You'll never see me again nor anyone that asks me to refer them to a good hair stylist. It's an honor to style hair, maybe this review will help you see that and the impact you can have on others' lives. OMG, what happened to your beautiful locks of hair?! Oh, they're in the garbage at UC. Which should stand for Undesired Cut.
