  • I recently opted to arrive for a leisurely stay at the Palazzo in a Siena Suite at the Prestige Level- and for those who don't know, Prestige at The Palazzo is an upgraded experience where you can have private check in, personal concierge, access to their Prestige Lounge among other perks. Check in was amazing because it was a "Prosecco" check in- I received a glass of fine Italian Champagne while i checked in. Check in was professional and addressed my needs. Suite- My Suite was majestic and amazing, it was a spacious 1 bedroom 1.5 bath accommodation. The bathroom was large and had a tub with jets along with a shower with (5) shower heads including body jets. To my surprise there was an elliptical in its own little room within the suite. The suites here are well worth the upgrade. Prestige Lounge- This was not my first time at this lounge it is a classy place to relax, look at the view from 23 Floors up and indulge in complimentary cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and other offerings. The Lounge attendant was very attentive to our needs suggesting several types of alcohol to try. This lounge has complimentary breakfast in the morning as well. I felt like a million bucks staying here and it's on my list to return!
