  • As the location is a bit far away, I called ahead to ask if they had any NY Giants shirts. The rep was kind enough to look up on the screen and advise me that indeed they had some and offered to put aside an item for me. I then took the time to drive to the store and walk around the mall looking for the store. As I entered the store I noticed a NY Yankees shirt hanging behind the counter. Yes! A YANKEES shirt!! Not even the same sport!!! Message to management: Sports is what you do. At least hire people that know the difference between sports and know the names of teams!! Oh, while at the store, same rep took another call, walked over to a wall as to look for an item and replied, "No we don't." Followed a few seconds later with an, "Actually, I see one now... Hello?" Another lost sale... As for me, taking my business elsewhere.
