Updated to 4-stars for now. Service Advisor Tyler Dave is very responsive to phone/emails for updates, feedback and cost estimates for installs when I bring my own parts. Check around on prices and they may compete a little - brake work was cheaper than an independent shop, for example.
Hit or miss with this dealership, mostly because of the sales department experience I had.
Parts Dept. usually very good and (at least for me) gives reasonable parts price quotes. About 1/2 the time I buy from the dealership rather than order from the USA as the price is at par.
Sales dept pretty horrible. Not recommended (try St. Catharines or maybe some in Durham). Old school sales tactics that turned me off when I was searching for a new MINI years ago (suggesting limited build slots, pricing games, etc.).
Service Dept. getting better. Note that they no longer offer loaner cars unless you purchased a car from the dealership. Fortunately the shuttle service is usually fine, but does get busy at the end of day - leave work early if you can or you might be stuck with the TTC.
PS to other reviewers - don't really understand why you are ranting over car issues... this should be a review of the dealership...!?
