I had braces put on 3 weeks ago and a bracket has already fallen off(I've heard this is pretty common). I called and they told me to go as a walk-in to get it fixed. When I get there the woman at the front desk told me they won't fix it until my next appt that is more than a month away unless the wire is poking me, they won't do anything. That just seems lazy and unacceptable to me. I am paying for treatment that they are delaying by not replacing a bracket that would probably only take 10min to fix(it only took them 30 min for my whole mouth). I am very unhappy with the way they run this place and I regret using them.
