  • Went in to get a front brake job. Let them know the day before I was coming with car info. It took 4 HOURS to get the job done. I was promised about an hour time to wait for parts. Was quoted one price on the phone & quoted another once I got there. The service manager spelled my name wrong while the other one sat there and ate Ice cream or yogurt in front of me. Very unprofessional. I would NOT Recomend this shop to any one, unless of course you can get the servce manager to spell your name & email address correctly. Maybe bringing in some ice cream or yougurt for the other person at the front desk may of have helped. Really Loved those extra charges. Would never again go to the 15812 N. 32nd street location. (RUN FROM THIS PLACE). Gee no women mechanics, thats odd for a FEMALE friendly business. Ernest F.
