| - Just rude... they run out of oranges for freshly squeezed juice half way through serving my bottle (self-service machine), which is ok, but when I went to ask for help, the guy took the half-filled bottle out of my hands and just throw it. My husband asked why he could not give me the partial bottle instead of throwing it, and he answered 'we just do not do that' in a snarky tone and without an apology. First, you should apologize when you run out of a product you serve, second, you should never take product out of your clients hands, third, you never through product that your client wants to the trash in front of your clients, no matter what explanation you think justifies that. On top of that, it took 10 min for my husband to get a double espresso because they forgot.
