  • Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I had a pink and white backfill done and the pink was two different colors. I brought it to the manager's attention and all she did was roll her eyes at me like I was a crazy woman. Would not take responsibility and kept making excuses. Don't waste your money...find a salon that cares about their clients!
