  • Let me tell you about my experience with homeaway.We booked our vacation on February 8, 2018 with "HomeAway" which we never had a problem with before We also had contact with the agent of the condo, Mr. Ryan Merrill Dame and confirmed our stay at the condo we were suppose to stay at in, Puerto Penasco!!! My family and I were super excited and looking forward to our vacation that we do every year & also to celebrate my Daughter's Graduation. On MAY 17 we received an email from Mr. Ryan Merrill Dame telling us that our trip was canceled and he also refunded our money that he took since the day we booked. So on May 18 we gave him a call asking him for an explanation on this. When we called him he told us that he wasn't at the office at that moment that he would give us a call back. But he was also super rude, and very, very unprofessional !!! He never gave us a call back and to add onto that, we sent him several text messages that he did niether answer to, or even text us back with an explanation He ruined our vacation we also lost 4 days of work me and my husband. I forgot to mention he cancelled on us two weeks prior to our vacation!!!Please be aware of this guy.
