Price - $40 per person which is standard.
Tea - Quality tea that I believe is better than most places that offer afternoon tea including hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton and fair mont). I ordered a green tea that normally costs $20+ a pot standalone. They were generous with the tea leaves.
Food - The food was VERY average. I really have nothing to say about it. The servings per person is filling but the sandwich, scones and cakes really tasted like a grocery store quality.
Service - There were two waiters serving the whole cafe. The cafe is quite small so this was very sufficient. They were very patient in explaining the menu which was somewhat difficult to maneuver due to the size and graphics that were completely irrelevant where the space could've been used to describe the different teas in more detail. The two waiters were very attentive throughout and were constantly making their rounds to check on us - 5 stars for these two guys.
