| - Coffee Hunter, is a new coffee bar that features Stumptown Coffees like Hairbender espresso and Nitro Cold Brew which originates from Portland, Oregon.
It's literally draft coffee that comes straight from the tap, "nitro," as brew nerds call it, is coffee infused with nitrogen.
I've never had nitro coffee, so I had it the traditional way with no cream and sugar.
I felt like I was drinking a Guinness because of its extra smooth texture, and deep flavor tones. I'm really intrigued of what this tastes like with chocolate and/or ice cream.
The fascination doesn't stop there, they have so many unique goodies to try.
The Rip Van Wafels are mini waffles that you eat over a hot beverage, its super soft and perfect for dunking.
The Duckfat caramels are mouth watering, silky and delicious. They are tad on the pricey side, but it's worth to have one if you've never eaten.
The coffee bar also sells pasties from Cornish Pasty Company, every week is a different type. A pasty is a baked pastry traditionally from Cornwall, United Kingdom. It is made by placing an uncooked filling like meat and vegetables, onto a flat dough and making into a half moon before baking. The Bangers & Mash pasty is ideal for St. Patricks Day.
The people that work there are awesome, especially Hailey. She's very nice and sociable, making your coffee experience even more worth while.
