  • I purchased a Groupon for forever vent as our renter had had respiratory issues and I wanted to make sure the ducts were clean. They said full vent cleaning. They came opened up the latch and said "we can clean the dust but not the mold. That's probably why you've been sick." They were there for no more than 15 minutes and said mold removal would cost $750. Today I got a second opinion in which there was no mold found and the ducts were completely filthy as shown by pictures taken. They completely lied from top to bottom and cleaned nothing. They are not listed in the better business burea under forever vent. The website they take you to doesn't work. Forget the money, to put fear in people who are sick and desperate with dishonesty is sickening. I am not sure how they sleep at night, but they can not be trusted.
